The AI functions of GoReact are really spectacular. We’re just going in this direction of utilizing AI and it really allows the supervisors to spend their time deeply supporting the candidates and because the AI functions free them up from the pretty standard feedback. If you are directly supporting candidates, there’s pretty standard things that happen along the way. And if you’re not having to make comments on all of those things, let AI handle that, then you can then as a supervisor dig deeper to fully support the candidate.
