Phillip Raven:
So one of the things that we’re kind of doing as a department is trying to create a bank of best practice PD so we can model what a great review at the end of a lesson looks like, what a strong collaborative partner activity looks like. And so by having some of these samples, then teachers can be able to just click and view one if they’re struggling with something, if they want to see a particular classroom management technique modeled, it creates a bank for that. Even so much as we can record our monthly cohort meetings in there, and so if someone’s absent, they can watch it. We can assign it to them to watch and they can provide feedback as kind of a makeup PD model so that when they miss a meeting, they’re not actually missing the content that was shared. And so GoReact is a great conduit for that, and then they provide feedback and we know they’ve actually watched the video and picked up on some things they can use in your class.
