We are seeking an experienced Front-End JavaScript Engineer to work with our team to architect and build robust and amazing user interfaces for our product.

Who Qualifies

  • 5+ years web application development experience
  • Strong JS framework experience (AngularJS, Backbone.js, etc.)
  • BS in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience
  • Expertise with cross-browser, responsive design in HTML5 and CSS
  • Understand design principles, web user behavior, and web conventions
  • Experience with build systems and test automation (Gulp, Grunt, Composer, Jenkins, Karma, Jasmine, Nightmare, etc.)
  • Experience using and building REST and API frameworks, familiarity with PHP, Ruby on Rails and Node.js is and huge plus
  • Mobile, video streaming and encoding experience is a plus
  • Experience with security, localization, and accessibility is also a plus

ASL Account Manager

We are seeking an account manager with either native (Deaf) or near-native ASL fluency to manage and grow existing accounts.

The Opportunity

  • Work directly with college faculty & department heads as well as professionals in the sign language teaching market (including international) as their point of contact with GoReact
  • Become an expert in the software, with the ability to guide and train simply and effectively
  • Proactively work to expand usage of GoReact either within the customer’s ASL department or beyond to other departments that would find it useful
  • Travel several times per year and meet customers and prospects at conferences, and to do occasional on-site trainings for large customers
  • Work with our inside ASL team as well as the rest of our company to help us market effectively and create a terrific GoReact experience for our existing customers

Who Qualifies

  • Previous account management experience strongly preferred
  • Personal drive to be in charge of your own customer list and work hard each day to ensure they have a great experience
  • College graduate preferred
  • Outgoing, friendly personality who gets along with all types, old and young
  • Passion for the Deaf community – if hearing, having close Deaf family members is a plus
  • Completely fluent in ASL (of course) and comfortable doing informal interpreting on occasion
  • Very good communication skills, including writing

The Opportunity

  • $45,000 Base plus commission
  • Own the Account Development efforts in assigned territories; schedule meetings and create revenue opportunities for Account Executives
  • Proactively find new prospects through referrals, incoming leads, and other methods
  • Qualify inbound leads, as well as do outbound prospecting into ideal prospective customers
  • Invest time corresponding and engaging with academic leaders and instructors within higher education — on the phone, by email, via web meetings, and through alternative outreach channels
