About Dr. Kirsten Koetje

Dr. Kirsten Koetje is the Assistant Director of Graduate Teacher Education at Seattle Pacific University. She has been preparing teachers at SPU since 2013, and oversees the university’s online teacher education programs. In 2017, Kirsten won the Association of Independent Liberal Arts Colleges of Teacher Education (AILACTE) Graduate Scholar Award. Her dissertation focused on video analysis in teacher preparation, “Video Analysis in Educator Preparation and Its Impact on Teacher Performance Assessment.”
