Allison Smith, Ph.D.

Dr. Allison Smith, a seasoned education professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, has extensive experience in higher education. Her areas of expertise include Educational Research, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Public Speaking, and Teacher Training. Furthermore, she serves as the Editor in Chief for 'Issues in Teacher Education,' an international peer-reviewed journal. www.itejournal.org

Keith Walters, Ed.D.

Dr. Keith Walters serves as the Associate Dean for Educational Effectives and Professor of Education at California Baptist University's School of Education. He earned his Ed.D in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California, following an M.A. in Secondary Education from CSU Long Beach. His scholarly interests focus on the development and assessment of dispositions in educators, effective pedagogical practices for teacher preparation, and strategies for program improvement through inquiry-based approaches. Prior to his tenure at CBU, he held academic positions at Biola University and Calvin College.
