And this is a nice way to look at the actual event, the teaching and then encourages the deeper self-analysis because through GoReact, you upload the video and then in the timestamps the real time you can make those comments and reflect exactly where a certain thing is happening. You can align it with the teaching performance expectations or other focus points depending on what state you’re in to align with accreditation requirements as well.

And the self-reflection is really an important factor in teacher development. And through the research that we’ve done, we’ve really found that the candidates and the supervisors are finding that the video observation is really creating that space in more ways than had they done it in an in-person video in-person rather than video observation.
