Perfect Videos in GoReact With New Draft Saving & Restart Features

We all know the pressure of expecting our work to be perfect on the first try. That’s why our new Save Video as Draft and Restart Button features in GoReact are here to help. These tools allow for iterative practice and effortless do-overs, empowering learners to refine their projects and submit their best work at their own pace. We’ve gathered data from the product on how often users were deleting and re-recording videos, and we’re using that information to make continual adjustments.

Save Video as Draft

Imagine if learners had the ability to pause, perfect, and polish video recordings without the pressure of submitting immediately. The Save Video as Draft feature gives them the freedom to practice, refine, and complete skill demonstrations over multiple sessions before submitting them for assignments. .

Key Benefits

• Flexibility: Learners can work on their recordings at their own pace and save progress as drafts.

How It Works

1. Recording Session: During a recording session, learners can choose to save their recording by clicking the “Save Draft” button.

1. Draft Management: Saved drafts are stored in the Activity within the application, accessible for further reflection and review.
2. Submission: Once satisfied with their recording, learners can finalize their draft and submit it to the assignment from the dashboard or while reviewing the video.

Restart Button

We all know mistakes happen, but restarting shouldn’t be a hassle. With our new Restart Button, learners can quickly and effortlessly restart their video recording with a single click. This feature is all about making recording in GoReact as efficient and user-friendly as possible.

How It Works

1. Access: After a video recording session begins, the Restart button is prominently displayed within the recording interface during session recording. The Restart button is also available after the user finishes recording.
   
2. Functionality: Clicking the Restart Button deletes the video recorded and resets the recording environment.
   
3. Confirmation: The system prompts the user to confirm the restart to prevent accidental restarts.
