This is an opportunity for programs to really update their preparation of new nurses to align with clinical practice and to also align with what the changes in healthcare are, because it just didn’t make sense anymore. And the more I think about it, it didn’t for them to sit and take a multiple choice test and then be ready for practice. So I think it’s just an evolution of nursing education.
