I do want to offer one specific tangible resource that a lot of college campuses have that you might do some research and see if your campus has anything like this. It’s called Mental Health First Aid training. And it could be just a helpful thing to participate in.

So you learn some of those more immediate kinds of things you can say and do, if a student does approach you with some concerns, or you noticed a shift in student behavior or attendance. So I think those were all really good points, and that’s one thing, a tangible training that you might be able to participate in
