Eileen Belastock, CETL

Eileen Belastock, CETL, is the CEO of Belastock Consulting and serves as an edtech strategist who understands and promotes the critical relationship between technology and education. As a former K12 CTO, she has championed safety and security, encouraged student agency, and supported educators in their work to provide students with equitable access to their education. Eileen is on multiple CoSN committees, including the CoSN Policy and Certification Governance Committee. In addition, for the past four years, she has been a thought leader for the CoSN Early Career CTO Academy. Eileen is a national presenter as well as a published author, writing about educational technology, educational leadership, data privacy, and cybersecurity in publications such as EdTech Digest, Edtech K-12, eSchoolNews, and EducationNext. Due to her work and involvement with state and national ed-tech organizations, Eileen was the 2020 top 100 Ed-Tech Influencer and a 2022 Edtech Digest Leadership Award finalist.
