Patrick McKee

Patrick McKee is an accomplished educator with 24 years of experience, having served in various roles including elementary school teacher, assistant principal, principal, university instructor, and TK-12 director of teacher and administrator induction. He is also the author of two books focused on literacy development through the mastery of sight words. As a teacher, Patrick was the recipient of the San Bernardino County Education Medal of Honor for Excellence in Education, and as a principal his work has been transformational—supporting one school in the successful exiting of program improvement and collaboratively leading another school to being honored as a California Gold Ribbon School. Patrick believes all students deserve an equitable and exceptional educational experience, which is dependent upon each organization's collective synergy and shared optimism. This belief structure is at the core of his current work supporting new teachers and leaders, and it serves as the positive spirit and energy that is at the heart of each presentation.
