This week, EdTech Digest awarded GoReact, a video-based coaching and assessment software, the top spot in its 2020 Cool Tools category for online courses. In addition to winning for best Online Course Solution, GoReact was a finalist in the Professional Skills Solution, Testing & Assessment Solution, and Video-Based Learning Solution categories.
GoReact provides educators at more than 500 colleges and universities with a platform to personalize skill coaching for students. The platform includes an easy-to-use interface and a powerful set of review, commenting, and assessment tools to help students develop job-ready skills.
This is the fifth year in a row that GoReact has been honored in the EdTech Awards. The quinquennial honor of best Online Course Solution also comes on the heels of universities around the world moving to remote online learning in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. GoReact was an early leader in offering free access to educators’ moving courses online.
“We’re grateful to EdTech Digest for this award, especially at a time when educators are doing such impressive work transitioning to online courses,” said Ken Meyers, CEO of GoReact. “We remain optimistic about the future. Students still need skills, and they need teachers to help acquire those skills. GoReact removes the headaches of teaching performance-based courses online so teachers can focus on teaching, not their technology.”
The EdTech Awards recognizes people in and around education for outstanding contributions in transforming education through technology to enrich the lives of learners everywhere. Featuring edtech’s best and brightest, the annual program shines a spotlight on cool tools, inspiring leaders and innovative trendsetters across the K-12, Higher Education, and Skills and Workforce sectors.
