At ReAction Virtual 2025, one of the most talked-about sessions was on the new AI Assistant in GoReact. Adam Jordan, Senior Product Manager at GoReact, shared how the new features, launched in July 2024 as part of the GoReact Advanced package, are already making an impact on teaching and learning. Not only is the AI Assistant reshaping the way instructors and students engage with skill development, it is doing so in a way that amplifies, not replaces, the human element that defines effective teaching.
The GoReact AI Assistant consists of three key capabilities:
Together, these tools support skill practice and reflection—without adding to an instructor’s workload.
The AI Assistant was designed to meet three main goals: accelerate skill development, encourage learner-driven growth, and help instructors deliver feedback faster. But another unexpected outcome quickly became clear—by handling routine feedback, the Assistant actually creates more time for meaningful instructor-student interaction.
Since launch, instructors have seen a clear increase in student engagement with videos in GoReact. More videos are receiving instructor comments, and feedback is being delivered faster. Instead of reducing the need for human input, AI feedback is prompting more thoughtful responses and deeper conversations between instructors and students.
Self-reflection is also trending upward when the AI Assistant in GoReact is used. Students are spending more time reflecting on their performances, and in many cases, writing more reflective comments. With AI insights guiding their attention, students are thinking more critically about how they present, communicate, and improve over time.
The GoReact product team is continuing to expand the AI Assistant with new capabilities, including:
To see what all the buzz is about, give the AI Assistant a try. New customers can get a free 60-day trial of GoReact with full access to all of the AI features.
