One of the coaches was concerned like, oh, we were losing that face-to-face, losing the people touch. I don’t think so. I don’t think that’s true at all.
I think that it gives them the opportunity to prepare for the conversation better so that you have a richer conversation. When we are meeting like this, the hard work’s been done, now we can just go through and have a conversation about what we wrote, what we saw. We’ve both looked at it. I think it improves it. I don’t think it detracts from it at all, the relationships are important obviously.
