And by that training in January, every single mentor and candidate had done at least one, and if not, two video inquiry cycles. And the first thing about that is I was just amazed because again, the first time we rolled out a platform, I had a handful of people who tried it, most gave up before they even did their first video. And I’m just watching these videos come rolling in and I’m just going, yes, this is exactly what I was looking for.
